All website content, software, AI models, and proprietary methodologies developed by Kognitau remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract. Custom deliverables created specifically for a client under a paid engagement are governed by the terms of that specific contract.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, data, or technical details shared during the course of a service engagement, except where disclosure is required by law.
Client data uploaded to Kognitau's SaaS platforms remains the property of the client. Kognitau processes such data solely to deliver contracted services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Kognitau strives for accuracy and reliability but does not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, Kognitau's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate a service agreement per the terms specified in the individual contract. Kognitau reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our website or SaaS platform for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of [Insert Jurisdiction, e.g., Balikpapan].
